The BPM automation system is powered by the latest 9th generation technologySupports the industry's fastest programming speeds for MCUs, eMMC HS400, NAND, NOR, and serial flash devices. BPM's Gen 9 technology produces a 200 MHz signal that transmits data per byte at speeds of up to 2.5 ns – up to 9 times faster than competing systems.

BPM's automated programming system has up to 12 programming stations with up to 48 individual slot cards to support high-volume production. Our vector engine coprocessors accelerate flash waveforms for programming near the theoretical limits of silicon designs. The faster the device, the faster it can be programmed. Our 3D Vision option checks for lead and ball coplanarity for BGA, CSP, QFP, TSOP, SOIC, and J-Lead devices. Marking options include fiber laser marking and support for third-party labelers. Software API tools integrate your manufacturing processes for strict inventory control and process management.

High quality socket card

The socket card provides an electromechanical interface between your device and the programmer. They provide high-fidelity waveforms for programmable devices, ensuring a very high first-pass rate. Each individual outlet card can be fully utilized and easily replaced to maintain full programming capability. Our socket card design, with socket socket options, increases your manufacturing uptime, yields higher first-pass yields, and reduces replacement costs by up to 75%.
