The BPM automation system is powered by the latest 9th generation technologySupports the industry's fastest programming speeds for MCUs, eMMC HS400, NAND, NOR, and serial flash devices. BPM's Gen 9 technology produces a 200 MHz signal that transmits data per byte at speeds of up to 2.5 ns – up to 9 times faster than competing systems.

BPM's automated programming system has up to 12 programming stations with up to 48 individual slot cards to support high-volume production. Our vector engine coprocessors accelerate flash waveforms for programming near the theoretical limits of silicon designs. The faster the device, the faster it can be programmed. Our 3D Vision option checks for lead and ball coplanarity for BGA, CSP, QFP, TSOP, SOIC, and J-Lead devices. Marking options include fiber laser marking and support for third-party labelers.
